Yesterday I leased my second Prius from the McKinney dealership, and the experience compared to 3 years ago (with a rookie of three days on the job) was night and day! George was gracious, professional, soft spoken, patient, and well informed. He made our negotiation smooth and painless. I felt I was dealing with a man of ethical character, which made it a pleasure to work with him. His level of expertise shines in every nuance of his dealing, and I was very impressed.
