Want to say thank you to Ali. I went in to Toyota with many questions and maybe some panic. Ali was the first person to greet me, and it was almost as soon as I stepped out of my car. He answered all my questions and put me at ease, spoke very kindly to me. It took me a while to figure some things out, and to decide on what I wanted to do, and not once did he make me feel rushed. I left with my new vehicle and with reassurance that my choice was the right one. Thanks again Ali!
