Dealership Service Review
I am middle aged, bought cars and had serviced at numerous dealerships over the years .and Mercedes Benz McKinney is far and away, the worst. The Service department is THE worst, at drop off I should have suspected when the advisors first words were "I will be with you when I can, we are short staffed like every other dealership, so it could be awhile". He was not wrong but I did no expect to receive no call backs, no responses to texts, an operator who with caller ID auto forwards to a voice mail that no one apparently monitors. At this point they have basically stolen the car. So you think maybe the GM would care? Think again, George Russell is in so far over his head it is laughable. You have been warned, expect the worst car ownership\service experience of your life with Mercedes McKinney.
