1) Friendly staff, moved everything along quickly. We bought a car in just a few hours. 2) Knowledgeable salesman (Rudy) helped us to find the features we needed and did not press us to buy something we didn't need - this really helped you to close on this one. 3) Your website is better than Central Kia in Plano. We had an easier time looking at your inventory. Central is a bit closer, we probably would have gone there if their website was as good as yours.
