First, your staff promptly contacted me within 2 minutes after I submitted an online app-WOW. Then I made an appt to come test drive a car. John and Tom took excellent care of me. Outstanding customer service! Tom took time to explain all the options in my car, and he answered all of my questions. Absolutely an amazing experience. Love my new 2016 Sorento!
