the no bs approach. john bernius and rudy were attentive, engaging, and most of all, straight forward. i truly did not feel like i was getting 'taken.' i came to you from southwest kia because they would not help me at all....the deal they offered me was horrible. john was straightforward and did not waste my time. he put together a deal, and i am very happy with it and the sportage. i recommended someone else to john, and this past weekend she went in and he hooked her up too. additionally, moritz kia, when i called them to run the deal john offered me by them, said it was a great deal. they said that before i ever got the final deal from john lowering my payment by about 7 dollars. i will def be a repeat customer. thank you. i seriously doubt bill dickason will honor his little 'if i can't beat it' spiel, but i'm glad huffines has given me the opp to try!
