Purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot SE. My 2nd Honda Pilot from this exact dealership 9 years ago. No hassle, no pressure. Overall amazing buying experience. I initially made an appointment with Trae Gibson. Great first impression. I chose Trae because of the great reviews of him. Billy Martin is an excellent salesman. He knows the vehicles and could answer any questions I had. I already had picked out the vehicle online and gave them the VIN. Again, excellent customer service. Brought me the exact vehicle. The entire process was almost pain free. There’s always the uncomfortable negotiating the final cost. I highly recommended Hondacars of McKinney - especially Billy Martin and Trae Gibson.
