Jacob and Joey-the two salesmen that helped us were amazing 5 out 5 all the way. honest and helpful. Troy Woods however...apparently he's the boss...he is an arrogant human. He switched vehicles on us in the middle of negotiations without us knowing. Once we realized this, he tried to tell us he didn't switch vehicles. we signed a paper that said we would buy it at "this price/payment". during the negotiation. he REFUSED to show us the paper when we came back the next day to pick up the correct car. he then told my wife that she was being disrespectful to HIM because she wanted to see the paper immediately. he said, "I'll show it to you when I'm ready to show it to you." Thant's when she got up and got the GM involved. Troy Woods is a hindrance to this dealership. he is an arrogant [non-permissible content removed] that should never deal with people. when my wife got up, I asked him to show me the paperwork. he didnt have that particular paper. i then told him the exact numbers that were on the paper-and he LIED to me and told me this was the paperwork...which it wasn't. I said, "the paperwork said $29K and was the leather version, . He then pushed papers toward me and said, "this is that car". it wasn't. it was a base model without leather and the total cost was $26K. he is not an asset to this company we almost walked out OF BUYING TWO CARS. The GM saved the day and we bought both of the cars. The dealership ended up getting us the right car and again...the salesmen apologized for the mix up. everyone except Troy Woods deserves a 5 out 5 rating...Troy gets a-100
