Warranty info missing, parts delay, spare rendered unusable.

onVehicle sat due to backorder on water pump. That I understood. Then part was in Michigan but wouldn't be shipped until the truck was full even if I paid for it. Was told warranty was expired even though I used it six months ago. Found the card in my own records. That saved a bunch. Since there was 80,000 on the drive belt paid for a new belt since the old one had to be taken off for the maintenance. Asked for the old belt to keep as an emergency spare. Got home and found the old belt had been cut clean through making it useless. Not my best experience.
