El Dorado Chevrolet

We recently bought a Chevrolet Traverse from El Dorado Chevrolet. (Or thought we did). We signed the paperwork, shook hands with the sales person and gave them a check for the car. We were told the car we were actually buying was at a sister dealership and the salesman would pick it up the next day and deliver it to us. Then the next day we got a call from the salesman who said our car was sold to someone else but they would sell us one of their loaner cars for the same price. Basically a used car for new price cost. This was either incompetence, poor policies or we were lied to. Either way, if they can’t get sales right then what about service or parts or collision. The point is there are a multitude of dealership options. So avoid the drama and frustration and pass by El Dorado Chevrolet.
