Have bought from other dealers where you’re oversold add ons for the car you just purchased and a transaction that should take 15-20 minutes takes a few hours. My experience at El Dorado was much different. Maury helped locate the exact truck and finance terms I was looking for and Vlad helped us when we arrived with test drive and getting the paperwork finalized. Everything was streamlined and efficient. While they offered all the add on and warranty options available there was no extra hassle if I declined….the way a car buying process should be.
