Don't believe these people! I saw a listing on Edmunds site that interested me. This is not my first car. I know a car can be sold and not deleted from listings yet. But last night at 10PM I was exploring the car and got a TXT link from the dealer. The person discussed the car with me, answered specific questions, including: I the car still available. This morning, that same person made arrangements (an appointment) to see the car at 10AM. When I got there the "salesman" I had txted with handed my off to another salesman who knew nothing about what I was looking for and went to find out that the car I was looking for "was not available at that time, sold or something". Then tried to sell me a different car. I asked when the car had been sold, he didn't know. Then he called in a "manager" who also tried to sell me a different car. I held back my anger and thanked them for their time and left. When did these people learn that the way to treat a customer is to lie to them from the start. I will never deal with these people!
