The employees treated me with a lot of respect.Always do when you go to Gene Messer VW in Lubbock. The only reason for my answer on did I feel the price paid for service was fair. I do not , it is all over the internet that multiple people are having trouble with the SOS coming on and I feel VW should of covered this on their money not mine.
