Dropped my vehicle off on the 8th of August and I was advised by Gene Messer that my vehicle was ready on the 22nd of August. During that time I had to call to get updates as to what was going on with my vehicle. I then had to return my vehicle back the next day (08/23) as the issue with my vehicle returned. Again never received any updates and was advised by KIA America that my vehicle was ready for pick up on the 29th of August. I then called Gene Messer on the 30th where I was advised that my vehicle was indeed ready for pick up. So I had no communication from Gene Messer KIA and had to call weekly to receive updates. The vehicle in question was a brand new 2022 Telluride.
