Extremely Slow Service

onMy car was in the shop for nearly 3 months for a recall repair. I wish there was another Kia shop in my town, but this is my only option. I know I am not alone too, a lady I work with also had her car in their shop for nearly 3 months for a different type of repair. Worst of all, there is no communication from the service department. You just have to keep calling to see if your car is close to done.
