This review is more so for the service technician. The technician you get assigned makes a WORLD of a difference!! I walked in because my engine light went off- I had no appointment. I got some much more else done that needed addressing because of Michael. Michael went above & beyond to help. We got the part ordered, gave me a loaner because my car needed to stay & I live in Pearland, car inspection & topped it off with a car wash. He is such a pleasant personality, great communicator & seems like he loves what he does. Go see Michael at Range Rover West Houston.
