Dealership Sales Review
All I can say is that I am so grateful and happy that I found Toyota of Irving. Being new to the Dallas area and opening a new office by myself was a stressful time. I needed in the middle of everything going on to find a car in order get out of my rental car. So I took my second day off in 4 weeks decided try again and went to the Toyota of Irving dealership on 1/1/19. I had gone to 3 other dealerships the previous Saturday. Was gone literally all day and ended up disgusted and tired. But I had to get into a car and move out of my Enterprise rental. I had spoken to Antonio over the phone prior he was so nice I had hope it would be different from the others and it was. The sales manager came out and introduced himself, Antonio took me out for a test drive and showed me all the features of the RAV4. He was very enthusiastic about the Toyota vehicles then I spoke to Brian Smith in Fleet. We were looking into trying to get Into a company lease. Brian walked through all the scenarios based on our special needs as a company. There was never any pressure no hard sales. Brian took a good amount of time with me I was never made to feel anything but welcomed. I did not feel like I was an inconvenience. Instead I felt like I mattered. Brian told me when I left that if I needed anything to just reach and gave me his card. He knew I was primarily window shopping but that didnât seem to matter to anyone there. The other dealerships had multiple people continuously calling me all the time. Trying to get our office open was an ordeal to say the least and when I finally had the time and approval to purchase I went where I felt like I mattered. I called Brian ahead of time we scheduled an appointment to talk. It was heartwarming that both Antonio and Daniel remembered me. Called me by name asked me how I was doing. Brain was genuinely happy to see me and helped me get into a great vehicle. This was one of the most pleasurable experiences i have had since I have been in Dallas! To be able to say that about a car dealership dispells all the preconceived notions of car dealerships and sales people I have ever heard or experienced.
