1st time online buyer and I will never do again! I live 30 miles from dealership and I knew which vehicle I wanted. I do want to say the website is well put together & works well for online shopping. Only good part of this buying experience tho! I thought that by starting the process online, I would save myself time & the hassle of perhaps driving to the dealership multiple times. I definitely knew I wanted to come in to do a test drive, but that’s it. I figured I could docu-sign the final contract. Additionally, I had own finance and knew for the most part which vehicle I wanted. Again, 1st time buying online. All I needed was a descent salesperson to help with 1st time remote buying process. Instead, I got a bad communicator with little knowledge of Ram heavy duty trucks. Keep in mind this model is 6 figures MSRP at the moment. Regardless, I went ahead & bought a 2023 RAM 3500 Limited. I know I didn’t have to buy from here, but ultimately the vehicle had all the features I was looking for for my need. At this point, it was definitely not a connected retail experience at all! Finally, as part of the agreement, the salesman agreed to deliver vehicle as soon as we closed the deal. I rushed to close deal as early as possible in the morning and did so for the sake of early delivery. However, salesman determined the earliest delivery would be in the evening same day. I decided to just drive 60 miles round trip to pickup the truck. I really needed the truck, and I had it in my possession in a couple of hours, no thanks to salesman. To top it off, I didn’t even receive a courtesy thank you from the salesman. No text, no email, just a kick in the a$$! Horrible online buying experience!!!
