Quick and excellent service for the most part

Our salesman Chi-Town was very polite and accommodating. Our purchase was very painless. Would not recommend their online salesman though, Nelson Rodriguez didn’t seem like he wanted to complete a sale, either that or he just didn’t believe I was actually coming to look at vehicle that I purchased. Nelson actually told me that the car I ended up purchasing already had a deal pending and not to come. He sent me an email 30 minutes after I bought the vehicle that it was sold.
