Very nice salesman. Knowledgeable and very polite. Listened to our concerns and only showed vehicles per our wishes. Very nice vehicle we decided to buy and no pressure from Ian to try to upgrade or buy new. We knew what we could afford and no problems with what we wanted. He took our concerns back to his finance personnel and they were able to help us stay where we felt comfortable and was able to close the sale.
