I had the pleasure of working with three different sales reps David Montoya (primary), Kaylum Fontenot, and Jaime Garcia. I only had a little intereaction with Jaime, but he listened and answered every questions I had, I would recommend Jaime from this experience. David and Kaylum I worked or interacted the most with and they were spot on. Peronalities, politeness, helpfulness, etc... they had it all. These two I would highly recommend and will go back to them first when I look for another vehicle in a few years. I even had a great experience (actually one of my best with this position type) dealing with the sales manager Colin Flynn and Nate in finance was pleasant and quick to answer all questions concerns etc. Each department will work with you on price, unlike many dealerships in Houston. The only down fall I had was the down time waiting to get things setup. Now my personality is a quick in and out type, so any downtime drags. If you like time to think/consider/contemplate you'll have the time especially between making a deal and going to finance. Overall 5 for 5, hope this helps.
