Humble Hyundai

Great car; terrible dealership. I live in Los Angeles and arranged to buy a car from them and pick it up at their dealership. The buying process was smooth and easy. However, once I picked up the car, they are the worst company I've ever dealt with. I've had the car over a month and I still don't have the title, registration nor license plates. They're rude, don't return phone calls nor e-mails. Bottom line, is they only know how to sell cars, but not how to take care of a customer's needs and frustrations.
