Good Service Advisor; Cost of Service too High

I always appreciate the prompt, courteous and reliable service I always receive from Westside Lexus' Andrew Nagler. He is top drawer. I did not have the driver's side window repaired because the price at $718.00 seems very excessive. I probably should have been told to wait 6 months or more to have the 80,000 maintenance performed, because the 75k was done quite recently, and I have an odometer reading of 75,324. Overall, pleased with your quality and responsiveness.
