Second Service Appointment

This was my second (of 5) service appointments that are included in my maintenance warranty. I am so impressed with the ease of making an appointment, my service consultant ready for me at appointment time, explanation of service to be performed, timely completion and courtesy of the entire service staff. Hats off to the Service Department! A++++++
