Got a great price through an online quote from Vince and the whole process was straightforward and as easy as can be. Ended up not trading my old vehicle with them as I was offered a better price elsewhere but no pressure or hassle, it just worked out better for me that way. Was offered additional warranties/services at closing but declined - again no pressure or hassle, just a straightforward offer and decline. Vince was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and ran me through the features and signed me up for all the trial subscriptions that came with it. Very happy with both the vehicle and the service and experience from Vince and West Houston Subaru. I would not hesitate to buy from him again and recommend him highly to all.
