West Houston Subaru

In the market for a Forester, i requested quotes from several dealerships. Vince Ramacca responded and then called to follow up. Vince quoted me a price that was a lot lower than my local dealer gave me. I asked if I made the trip to West Houston Subaru, would he try to add extra items to move the cost up and he said absolutely not. The price quoted on his email was the price I would pay. We were busy and got off to a late start. Vince had a wedding to attend so he arranged for Ken Slen to handle the paperwork and test drive when I arrived at the dealership with my wife. Ken was great! Very nice young man. He took us on the test drive and handled all the paperwork. I can't say enough about Vince and Ken. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone looking for a Subaru to connect with this dealership and specifically Vince and Ken. We could not be happier with our experience at West Houston Subaru!!!
