We were greeted by Sean after being on the lot approx. 10 minutes. It was nice to not be attacked the minute we exited our vehicle. Our salesman really knew the product top to bottom. Things went smoothly and quickly and we did the deal on a Forester. Bought a Forester a couple of years ago with my daughter at a competing local dealer. The process was contentious to say the least. Go with Sean and West Houston, get a good deal and save yourself a lot of stress.
