I was a first time car buyer so I had talked with several people just to get an idea of what to expect once I got to the dealer. They all made it sound like the worst thing ever! I was apprehensive to say the least but I decided to give it a try. Best decision I have ever made! The sales team was great and didn't try to push me toward extra features that I didn't want. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered any questions that I had. The financing team was excellent as well! I was told to watch out because they will be very pushy and insist that you get extra warranties and coverage that you may not want. This was not the case AT ALL! I was offered 2 extended warranties in a very straight forward manner. All of the information was laid out and presented in an easy to understand way. We came to an agreement and then I was given all of the documents to sign. Again all of the information was printed right there in plain English. Really great experience in its entirety! I will definitely recommend West Houston Subaru to everyone!
