I just purchased my first Subaru - a 2015 Outback Ltd with all the fixings. After spending couple of months of test driving an Acura and practically confirming the car and the price (and after tiring negotiations with the sales consultants), I just swung by West Houston Subaru to just take a look at the Outback. A car that I kept bumping into everywhere online, while researching the Acura. That said, I am not sure if it was the test drive of the Outback or the sheer value difference between the Outback and Acura or if it was the non-sales person approach of Troy Lynn at West Houston Subaru that changed my mind. Looking back, I am very happy that I did stop by West Houston Subaru. Like I've mentioned in the title of this review, this car buying experience has set a new benchmark for me on what a car buying experience should be. Troy was asbsolutely fantastic - very responsive (reply to my mails immediately), gave me a price that did not leave much room for negotiations ( he offered me a price that was lower than what I was going to negotiate to) and most importantly, did not push me to add this that or the other. I kept expecting the "now lets talk about the..." topics that would add to the purchase cost, but there were none. All said, I am happy as I can be with the purchase and will strongly recommend West Houston Subaru based on my experience.
