New BMW X7 purchased, but defected in system

onPurchased a new BMW X7, but system defected. I texted the sales person, and I was told to reset the system… Not fixed… Texted the person again, but stop responding.. Need to work with service team. They reset the system, but the issue is still on going.. Spent $100k for a brand new car for defected car & no customer care…
