Terrible Experience

onVery disappointed in the experience which included: - sold the car that I placed the $1,500 deposit - the replacement car was delivered with significant scratches - lied about taking vehicle to body shop to fix scratches - finance department was totally clueless and could not explain all charges in the sales orders - took at least 3 times to get paperwork completed correctly with BMW finance - it’s been over a month since purchase and the vehicle is still not funded with BMW finance The experience was fraught with unprofessionalism and terrible service.
