Dealership Sales Review
I purchased a new 2025 M850i because my 2022 model was a great car to drive. When I drove the brand new car that I ordered exactly how I wanted it off the lot, the car had 73 miles on it so someone else must've like it also. Before leaving, I met with a BMW Genius guy to help me setup the ConnectedDrive system and explain any new features the car may have. After trying several times to log into the ConnectedDrive system at the dealership I was told to give it a few minutes to get a signal and everything should work fine. Well 5 days later it still doesn't work so I have to take it back into the dealership for service, which is about 50 miles away from home. I've contacted BMW Assist and nobody seems to know what's going on. A brand new car that had 73 miles on it before I picked it up, you would think the dealership made sure everything was working but I guess not. This is the 3rd and last vehicle I will purchase there because i've had unnecessary issues during every purchase experience and a new person every time I go.
