I knew exactly what I wanted and I had been looking all over the state for the Pathfinder with Beige leather seats. Cuong Nguyen was amazing about the car. I didn't really need to test drive but he said drive around the lot. I did. We went through some things that I didn't know how to work properly. He was very re-assuring. He was prompt in emails and phone calls if any. So far to date, Cuong would be the only reason I would recommend the dealership. However, the only CON, I have is not with Cuong Nguyen but the Finance person. Eventually, I had some issues with the fianancing after I drove off the lot. The only suggestion is if a customer or potential customer calls and leaves a message, its common courtsey and dutyful out of respect to return the phone call.
