Jeff Haas Mazda

I purchased my CX9 in July. The shopping experience was entirely different from other dealers in a nice way. The two salesmen, Thomas Garrison and Ted (forgot his last name) were very friendly and helpful. I was talking to other dealerships as well including some Toyota's too. They were all questioning my choice, trying to push the ones they had in the lots. They would also not want to answer more than one questions, unless I commit. However, at Jeff Haas, both salesmen were very patient and were ready to answer all my questions until I was satisfied. Tom patiently worked with me on the internet to find the vehicle I wanted and Ted gave me the test drive at the dealership and then both of them helped me to close the deal. Paper works and the financing was smooth and quick so I happy about that too. Daniel, in the finance dept, called me later to tell me that they found another bank which will waive the payment for the first 90 days. So, I went in and changed my lender bank. Only thing that was not up to the expectation was the interest rate. They had advertised 0% interest on loans but after fixing my deal (which I think was pretty good) they said that the deal is rock bottom so, I wont qualify the 0%. Just keep it in mind. It was overall a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend the dealership.
