We test drove a vehicle in the morning. Rainie suggested we test drive the same vehicle in a different sized wheel base. We left and test drove other vehicles. Came back later in the day to make the purchase. It was very busy as it was the Friday before New years so the process took quite awhile. Other than the wait time (everyone was polite and professional during the wait time), the experience was really great. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything.
