Total process took me a little over 5 hours, which included one of those hours in front of the computer browsing what Jeff Haas Mazda had in stock. I researched edmunds.com/blue book values and also did a trade-in quote on line with Jeff Haas. After chatting with the online assistant, Raine Coleman gave me a call and I discussed what I was looking to do. I knew that I would be upside down in my trade-in and was concerned with that whole aspect. I arrived at the dealership at 5pm and had signed and left with my new Mazda CX-7 i Sport at 9pm. I've had some very terrible experiences in the past with new and used car salesman, but this was the absolute best. I was relaxed, confident that my limits were not being ignored and I feel I was treated fairly. I didn't have the best credit, but they didn't make me feel any less human, but worked with me and within my limitation. I am extremely pleased with Jeff Haas Mazda and I will tell everyone I know and I myself will be a lifetime customer. The customer service was great, we toured the service department, went over all the car features, and every question was answered. Thank-You team Jeff Haas Mazda!
