Purchased on 15-Jan-2011. The Certified lightly-used 2010 CX-9 (loaded and with 9000 miles on it) had been on the lot since mid-Nov. The price had recently been reduced by $2500 to under $31K. In the time I allotted for myself, I found that they would negotiate on the trade-in price, but not the sticker price. I was satisfied with the deal we made. I also came with a good loan guarantee from my Credit Union, but the dealership via another Credit Union was able to beat this. I was surprised (less than a 3% rate). We had to wait around a bit too long for Danyel Cares, the finance representative, to see us; otherwise, I would have handed out another star. Once she did, she was pleasant, efficient and informative. All-in-all we were there 3-1/2 hours on a Saturday afternoon. My wife and daughter had visited the day before and gone on a test drive.
