Jeff Haas Mazda

It has been one week since i bought my 2012 mazda6 from Nick A. @ jeff haas mazda in Houston. This was my first time to buy a car from a dealer and overall the experience was an exceptional one. I have some sales experience from a previous job, and my dad was a salesman before he retired so i appreciate their low pressure approach and the fact that Nick allowed me to maintain control of the haggling. There was a small problem with the exhaust that i noticed the day after i purchased the car, i took it back and the sales manager set up a time to get it fixed and put me in a loaner car with no questions asked. Kortney and Amy were amazing, and from start to finish the whole experience was very comfortable and relaxed. Kortney the financing guy even helped me with some personal credit issues that ive been struggling with. I gotta say that i will very likely give them my business in the future, and definitely refer any friends or family to them.
