Buying a 2013 CX 5

Jeff Haas Mazda has been the only dealer we have been loyal to in Houston for over twenty years. The reasons are many, but honesty and quality service are foremost in Mr. Haas's policies. The only 'hitch' in this experience was getting a firm date for our CX 5 delivery, and locating it once it left the port. We learned that once the port releases a vehicle for transport it is controlled by the shipping company and only they know where that truck is in transit. That information is not shared with anyone for security purposes. After many days of false starts our CX 5 arrived, was then serviced and delivered as promised with multiple apologies from all the sales team as well as from Mr. Haas himself. Our salesman, Rainie C., did a journeyman job under the circumstances, which were well beyond anyone's control. All Haas personnel were courteous professionals throughout the entire process and dealt with the delivery difficulties, including our frustrations, with grace a patience. All our expectations and demands were met to the letter including our initial trading pricing and selling price. It was a deal you hear others brag about, but often stretch the truth to enhance their image of themselves. The Haas team will deal fairly and stick to their word. The CX 5 is the third new car we have purchased from Jeff Haas in the last 8 years. We get all our service work done there as well. For us it is like dealing with old friends and family. If trust is important to your car buying and servicing needs you cannot beat a Jeff Haas deal, and we highly recommend Rainie C. as a trusted contact, but that also includes all the other sales staff. Each is held to the same service standard and they deliver.
