Smooth experience! We shopped around many vehicles online and dealt with many different dealerships. Jeff Haas Mazda was by far an exceptional experience. We found the car we liked listed online. Priced really well. We sent inquiry about test drive. Received a call within 24 hours. Scheduled the test drive. Showed up. Test drove the car. Finalized the deal. Drove home with the car. All in about 3 hours timeframe. Just that simple. Salesman was personable, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. It's a comfortable atmosphere while waiting . Complimentary Coffee, tea, bottled water and hot chocolate along with purchasable snacks available. We felt like family at this place. We would buy another vehicle from this dealership.
