Jeff Haas Mazda

The dealership itself is very nice and the build out is inviting and provides some amenities like clean bathrooms, seating, cell phone charging areas, coffee, and snacks for purchase. If I was reviewing Charles Silmon (my go to salesman), I would have given this review 5 stars. Charles has always been friendly, patient, and does everything he can do to make your Mazda experience a good one. The dealership (financing), however, went back and forth with their monthly payment offer which was ridiculous to start off and then got closer but did not reach what I thought would have been fair not only for what they offered my trade in but for what my payments should have been. I was about 2/3 of the miles below my allotted miles and to be honest had a few minor scratches and a crack in the windshield. They would make a lot of money on my car and had more wiggle room. I understand all businesses will take advantage of the current market. I just think they could have done better for a customer who has purchased 6 times from them.
