Jeff Haas Mazda

My first experience with Jeff Haas Mazda was back in 2002. I went with my sister at her request because she wanted to look for a new car. I had NO intentions of dealing myself, but I walked on the lot and fell in love with the Tribute. Having mentioned that, the salesperson back then was very smart and had me drive a Tribute over to the lot where my sister would be looking. Needless to say, I traded that night. When I ran across the write ups for the Tribute "replacement", the CX-5, I knew I had to have one. Being a brand new model and the inventory being very limited, I ordered my car. My salesman, Ted Griffin, kept me informed with emails throughout the process. When the car was produced ,, when it was on the ship across the South Pacific ,, when it made it to the plant in California, etc... I really appreciated him keeping in contact. Each email built up my anticipation of getting my new vehicle. MyCX-5 made it in last Wednesday ,, yay!! Everyone I have dealt with at Jeff Haas, both in the past and now in the present were very professional and very helpful ... they have always provided excellent customer service.
