We’ve had ok and not so great experiences buying a vehicle. When we walked into the showroom to look around we were greeted right away - but not in a pushy way - by Joseph Sanchez, one of the kindest people ever! We had a specific car and price in mind but we’re willing to see other options. He let us test drive the vehicle we had in mind and talked through other options that we might like. They didn’t have the exact vehicle we wanted but they found it in another city very quickly. It had to be driven from there to here but we had the new Mazda CX-9 delivered to our door on Saturday morning a day and a half later...with a giant red bow on it and a goodie bag for us! And we got to the price we wanted with respectful negotiations. We had an Infiniti QX60 previously. The quality and features offered on the CX9 FAR surpass the Infiniti. The CX9 is our true luxury vehicle. Going through the paperwork and finance process was also a really great experience. Brian Le gave us all the options and let us make the final decision with no hard sell at all! We declined several things and he simply said, “sure no problem” with a smile and moved along. When we were all done, he congratulated us on the loud speaker which was hilarious and everyone clapped. When we got the car, Joseph went through all the options, help us set up the app, and we were ready to go. He even took a celebratory photo with us. Again, this was by far the best experience we’ve ever had with a new vehicle purchase. And we will be Mazda drivers from now on!
