Jeff Haas Mazda

My family has been servicing our Madza 6 @ Jeff Haas and found them to be responsive, have great customer service and "Care" about their customers. When we decided to purchase a new Madza 3, we knew Jeff Haas was the place to make this purchase. Our salesperson, Brenda Bocanegra, performed in an "Outstanding" manner. I'm pretty picky when I make a purchase and communicated with her, back and forth, getting all the info on the car we were interested in. We looked at a used car and chose not to purchase used. We then looked at a new car and again communicated back and forth, getting all the information we needed to make this important purchase. Brenda handled every question and responed to our communications quickly, in a professional manner, never being pushy!! We made our decision and she continued to assist, guide us to the administrative staff and finally completing our purchase. This transpired over a period of (2) days. Everyone at the dealership was professional, informative and sincerely helpful. As with our other car, we will service the new Madza @ Jeff Haas, recommend them to friends and family and look forward to a long and positive relationship.
