I had the best experience at a car dealership-ever and that's that I briefly worked at one in my job career! I had done my car research looked for preapproval elsewhere and found a pre-owned vehicle I was interested in, contacted and spoke with Brant Dixon who scheduled the appointment. When I arrived I saw the vehicle I chose and a second choice for back up. Chose the backup and advised of my prequal and trade in...I was expecting the back and forth negotiations- but that didn't happen! They understood where I was with price and gave me their best offer on my trade in and the vehicle of my choice! Lance the pre own sales manager came over was very kind and helpful, congratulated me and went to financing...I was in and out in a little over two hours from start to finish...and Robert in financing made my paperwork signing very pain free. I would recommend this place to any and everyone because of their attention and because they really wanted me to have a memorable experience...
