onI came to the dealership for recall work and to address warranty issues. They worked me into the schedule quicker than other local Jeep dealers, but they weren’t able to secure a loaner/rental as promised. When I picked up the car, one of the issues hadn’t been addressed. I was able to quickly show the advisor, and she said she would re-open the ticket and schedule me to come back when they had a loaner available. The next week, I called to follow up. I was told I’d hear back within 24 hours. That was one week ago, and I’ve yet to hear anything. Overall, their level of service and follow-through leaves something to be desired.
