Great Customer Service

I dropped my car for diagnostic/service at AutoNation located in South Loop in Houston. The service department did an outstanding job taking care of all my needs, communicating with me every step, kept the proposed timeline, assisted me with a loaner car when rental car company fail to do so. Kevin was the gentleman who helped me and all I can say he was extremely helpful, very knowledgable and professional. He certainly went above and beyond.
