onI made an afternoon appointment and was assigned a service advisor. Turns out, the service advisor was unavailable when I arrived. It took about 10 minutes of figuring out which other advisors were available in order to begin the check-in process. I left my car at the service center and didn't receive any updates for 4.5 hours. No estimated time for pick-up, no additional recommended services. I had to reach out to the assigned service provider to request this information (first texted, then had to call because of no response). They recommended five additional services, which at this point meant having to come back another day to have this addressed.
