My appointment was at 9:30a and I didn’t leave until 2:10p. There were NO loaners. I wasted my entire day. Had other things I had to do on my day off and wasn’t able to complete the other things my vehicle needed. I have to take off from work again and complete the other services and wait an entire day. I stay too far to deal with the whole shuttle service. Nick dis keep me up to date with through it all.
