Elaine was very diligent in getting my vehicle towed to the dealership in order to have two of my flat tires changed. She was able to go through my tire protection and approval for both tires to be replaced in about 24 hours for such short notice. She gave me updates and even asked to have a driver come pick me up after the car was completed. She was very professional and nice throughout the entire process. She will definitely be my service advisor from here on out.
